🚪 House Rules, Regulations and Other Policies

I. CHECK IN TIME (2:00 PM) – CHECK OUT TIME (12:00 NN)

• All guests upon arrival and departure must, in accordance with Hotel’s regulations, register at the Reception Counter.
• Guests must provide their Full Name, Home Address details, Contact Number and E-Mail Address when they book.
• Check-in from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Check-out from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.An additional payment of the daily room rate will be charged for extended stay till 3:00PM (1500 hours), a whole day rental will apply.
• Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are allowed on and until 1:00PM only when available
• Desired Check-In time earlier than 1:00PM will have an additional charge.
• Reception is open for 24hrs and there is No Curfew for guests.

II. EXTENSION OF STAY: If you wish to extend your stay, please inform the Front Desk Officer before 12:00 noon. In the event the room is reserved for another guest and the Hotel is not informed of any extension, the Management reserves the right to remove your personal belongings for safekeeping to give way to our incoming guests.

III. CANCELLATION: With or without notice, there will be no refund for the full settlement made prior to the arrival, given the circumstances which Subic Waterfront Resort and Hotel cannot control such us earthquakes, storms and floods and other natural calamities.

IV. KEYS: Room keys shall be returned at the counter when leaving or going out. Only the registered guest is allowed to pick up the room key at the counter. ₱500.00 key deposit per room is required upon check-in and will be refunded upon check-out. For lost or broken key, there will be no refund.

V. CHILDREN & EXTRA PERSON/MATTRESS: • Children 0-12 years old are free of charge if they will not need an extra mattress. • Exceeding number of persons on particular rooms will be charged ₱500.00 per head (with an inclusion of extra mattress, pillow, linen, and towel) a night. • Extra mattress is optional. • The maximum number of extra mattress in a room is 3 except on Suite Rooms and Premiere Suites.

VI. VISITORS: No visitors will be allowed in the room after 11:00 PM (2300 hours). Visitors are requested to register themselves at the counter. Pool entrance of ₱400.00 with ₱200.00 consumable of food and drinks at Aqua Bar & Resto will be applied for visitors of hotel guests who will be using the swimming pool.

VII. CLEANING: The Hotel reserves the right not to clean the room if the room key is not returned at the counter when leaving or going out. Make-up room is upon request by the guest/s. Personal and important belongings, valuables and important documents must be secured at all times especially when requesting for Make-Up Room. We encourage our hotel guests to deposit their valuable belongings to our Safety Deposit Box located at the Front Office.

VIII. AQUA BAR & RESTO AND SWIMMING POOL: Opens at 7:00am until 10:00pm on Sunday to Thursday and until 11:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Room service is from 10:00am until 9:00pm only.

IX. COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST: All rooms have complimentary breakfast except for Suite Rooms. Complimentary breakfasts are served from 7:00am - 10:00am. Room service is not allowed, breakfasts has to be consumed at Aqua Bar & Resto only.

X. ACCOUNTS: Guests are requested to settle their bill upon check-in and other charges are before check-out. Hotel guests are requested to settle their accounts in full when checking out. PERSONAL CHEQUES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.

XI. PERSONAL CHARGES: Restaurant, telephone bills, laundry, etc. must be paid at the time of delivery unless prior credit arrangement is made with the counter/cashiers.

XII. VALUABLES: The Management will not be held responsible for any lost articles, important documents or personal belongings of guests. Safety deposit boxes are available at the front desk for the safekeeping of valuables. The Management will not be responsible for losses and damages in case of fire typhoon and earthquake.

XIII. DAMAGES AND PROHIBITIONS: Should any damage be made on any property of this Hotel either by guests or their friends, it will be charged to the guest’s account either by replacement or compensation. Nailing of frames or drilling hole on walls is not allowed. Laundering and ironing of clothes is not allowed in the room. COOKING IN THE ROOM IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL. Guests are not allowed to use their rooms for any purposes other than normal peaceful residence. GAMBLING or any breach of the laws of Subic is prohibited. For your safety, DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE ROOM. Smoking area is located at the back of the restaurant. (Executive Order No. 26, entitled "Providing for the Establishment of Smoke-Free Environments in Public and Enclosed Places").

XIV. STAFF: Soliciting for gratuities and any incivility by the Hotel staff is strictly prohibited and guests are earnestly requested to report any irregularities to the Manager or the Cashier. The Hotel cannot be held responsible for any private dealings between guests and Hotel staff.

XV. ACCIDENT: The Management and Staff of Subic Waterfront Resort and Hotel will not be liable for any accident/s during your stay.

XVI. OTHER AMENITIES: • Free private parking is available on site (reservation is not needed). • Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas. • Room service starts at 10:30am. Last call for food/drink order is 9:00pm/9:30pm Sunday-Thursday, last call for food/drink order is 10:00pm/10:30pm Friday and Saturday. • The Playground is accessible to children but with the supervision of a parent or guardian. Subic Waterfront will not be held responsible in case of injury or accident within the Playground area. • Items that require electric consumption will have corresponding charge/s. THE HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.

🚫 Property Cancellation and Refund Policy

I. Deposits/Prepayments are forfeited if cancellations are made:

• 1 day before the date of arrival • Convention Days • Holidays • Weekends.

II. Cancellation Charges apply for the following situations:

• 7 days prior the arrival will incur 60% charge plus bank fees for overnight reservations provided that the reservation does not fall on the instances stated in number 1.
• 3 days prior the arrival will incur the full period charge for overnight/long stay reservations.
• Failure to arrive on the date of reservation with or without notification will be treated as a “No Show and No Refund Policy”.

III. Cancellation Charges for Long-Staying Guest/s

• “No Refund Policy” if and when guest/s decided to shorten their stay regardless of whatever reason or circumstance (e.g. emergency, bad weather, room complaint/s, internet connection, etc.).

IV. Cash Payment

• Cancellation Charges will apply stated above. V. Credit Card Payment
• Cancellation Charges will apply either stated above or the following charges 40% of booking amount plus 12% vat and bank charge. VI. Bank Deposit, Credit/Debit Cards Payments
• Aside from the Cancellation Charges mentioned above, an additional of 12% will be charged.

VII. Re-booking

• Re-scheduling of booking can be done at least 8 days and beyond prior the date of arrival except for instances stated in number 1.
• Re-scheduling of booking can only be made once within the same month of reservation or at least one month after the first reservation date. CANCELLATION POLICY IS EFFECTIVE MARCH 1, 2015.

🚫 Spasify Marketplace Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel same day, advance and/or bulk reservation after Spasify Marketplace received the Guest payment, the booking fee and other related charges is non-refundable. The booking fee, first night or price of the entire booking or stay may still be charged depending on the Merchant Partner policy that the Guest agreed to at the time of their reservation.
