🚪 House Rules, Regulations and Other Policies
1.CHECK IN TIME ( 2:00 P.M. ) - Early Check-in is not allowed. CHECK OUT TIME ( 12:00 NOON ) - Late check-out is not allowed unless the Guest had formally advised the on-duty Front Desk Officer or depending on the availability of the room. The Management has the right to pullout the belongings of the guest if no instruction has been made regarding their late checkout. All guests on arrival and departure must, in accordance with HOTEL BAHIA regulations, register at the Reception Area. An additional P200.00 will be charge for extended stay every hour for a maximum of three ( 3 ) hours and additional 50% of the room rate will be charge till 5:00 pm. Beyond 5:00 p.m , a whole day room rate will apply.
2.KEYS: Room key should be return at the counter when leaving or going out. Only the registered guest will be allow picking up the room key at the counter. Additional P850.00 will be charge in case of lost key.
3.VISITORS: No guest visitors will be allow in the room after 12:00 p.m.. All visitors are request to register themselves at the counter.
4.ACCOUNTS: Hotel GUESTS are requested to make a 50% deposit upon check-in or room rent can be paid in advance if the guest wishes to do so. PERSONAL CHECKS AND TRAVELERS CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
5.VALUABLES: The Management will not be held liable to any lost articles, important documents or personal belongings of guest unless duly received and receipted at the front office for safekeeping purposes. The Management will not be responsible for losses and damages in case of fire, typhoon and earthquake.
6.DAMAGES: Should any damage be made on any property of this Hotel either by guest or by their friends, it will be charged to the guest's account five (5) times of the cost of the property. Laundering and ironing of clothes is not allowed in the room. The hotel provides you a laundry service open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. cooking inside the room is strictly prohibited. Fine of P 1,000.00 will be imposed for the guest who will violate this house rule.
🚫 Property Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Thirty percent (30%) of the payment or deposit made will be forfeited if the cancellation was made seven days (7) from the date of arrival.
2. Fifty percent (50%) of the payment or deposit made will be forfeited if the cancellation was made three days (3) from the date of arrival
3. One hundred percent (100%) of the payment or deposit made will all be forfeited if the cancellation was made within the 24-hour period prior to the date of arrival. This also applies for NO SHOW.
4. Any changes to your reservation details must be received no less than seven (7) days prior to your original arrival date any changes or adjustments are subject to availability.
5. There are NO REFUND or CREDIT issued for early checkouts.
🚫 Spasify Marketplace Cancellation and Refund Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel same day, advance and/or bulk reservation after Spasify Marketplace received the Guest payment, the booking fee and other related charges is non-refundable. The booking fee, first night or price of the entire booking or stay may still be charged depending on the Merchant Partner policy that the Guest agreed to at the time of their reservation.
