🚪 House Rules, Regulations and Other Policies
• Check Out time is 12:00 PM. For late checkout requests, please contact reception. Check in is 2:00 PM
• The hotel requires full payment for guaranteed reservations.
• The swimming pool and gym are open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
• Children below twelve (12) years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• A maximum of registered two (2) persons must be observed at all times. Extra person charges will be applied.
• Children 12 years old and below are free of charge.
• We are a non-smoking establishment; please observe the hotel’s non-smoking policies, P3,000.00 penalty will be charged in case of a violation.
• Personal sized music players are allowed provided that its use and volume is set within the confines of your room. Amplified sound equipment is not allowed inside or outside the rooms
• Cooking and the use of rice cookers, gas stoves, butane stoves and any other form of stoves are prohibited on the hotel premises. Food items are not permitted inside the hotel.
• Pets are not allowed in the hotel rooms and public areas.
• Weapons of any kind are not allowed in the hotel.
• Safe deposit boxes are available for safekeeping; however the hotel highly recommends safekeeping of valuable items such as cash or equivalent at the Front Office. The hotel is not liable for loss, damage or theft or cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms
• Please secure your parked vehicles. The management will not be liable for any losses or theft.
• Please do not remove towels from your room. We provide pool towels at the pool and gym area.
• The Hotel Management reserves the right to refuse entry of any person and reserves the right to request to leave the hotel grounds in the event of violation of the BEST WESTERN PLUS Hotel Subic House Rules.
• Lost Keycard will be charged P500.00 per piece
• For your own protection, the hotel requires visitors to register at the Front Desk and they're allowed only until 10:00 in the evening. I have understood and will abide the hotel house rules for the duration of my stay.
🚫 Property Cancellation and Refund Policy
Any confirmed booking must be cancelled via the Hotel's Reservation Office cancellation fees may apply,
• Seven days before arrival date - No Fee
• Three to Six days before the arrival - Full amount based the rate per room per night.
Failure to arrive at the Hotel will be treated as a NO - SHOW and no refund will be given.
