• For Corporate Groups, cancellation should be made 1 month before the arrival date to avoid cancellation charge.
• Cancellation made 48 hours prior to the arrival will incur 50% of the room charge while cancellation received within 24 hours prior to the arrival will incur 100% of the room charge. Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.
