🚪 House Rules, Regulations and Other Policies
1. Our standard CHECK IN time is by 2:00PM. Please present your ID cards or Passports for hotel records. These documents will be returned upon verification.
2. Regular check out time is by 12 noon Please inform the reception if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability. If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiry or period the management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the Guest.
3. PERSONALIZED KEYS Room keys shall be returned at the Reception upon leaving or going out for security purposes. Only the registered guest is allowed to collect the room key at the counter. An additional Php 1,000.00 will be charged in case of a lost key.
4. VISITORS Registered guests should inform the Front Desk if they are expecting any visitors. All visitors are required to present a valid I.D. before entering the room of the registered guest. Visitors are not allowed after 11:00PM.
5. ACCOUNTS Guests are requested to settle their room charges upon check in, additional charges are to be settled upon check out through cash or credit card. Personal cheques are not accepted.
6. VALUABLES Guests are particularly requested to lock the door of their rooms when going out or going to bed. The Management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss / or damage to the Guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or the locker or any other part of the hotel for any cause whatsoever including theft of pilferage.
7. DAMAGES Should any damages be made in the room or with any hotel property, it will be charged to the guest’s account either by replacement or compensation.
8. PETS are not allowed inside the room or in the hotel premises.
9. SMOKING The hotel rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed within the designated areas in the hotel premise: veranda and open-air places. Smoking in the room may dispense an after smell of cigarettes that depreciate the cleanliness of our room. A fine of Php2, 000.00 shall be charge to the guest to cover for the damage.
10. PERSONAL CHARGES. Other incidental charges must be paid at the time of bill presentation unless prior billing arrangement is made with the cashier at the Front Office.
11. STAFF. Soliciting for gratuities and any incivility by the hotel staff is strictly prohibited and guests are earnestly requested to report any irregularities to the Manager. The Hotel cannot be held responsible for any private dealings between guests and Hotel staff.
12. SAFETY and SECURITY. Keep your door closed at all times. To avoid being disturbed please hang the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on the knob.
13. POOL. Is open 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM only.
14. In case of emergency and inquiries, just dial “0” for the Front Office. THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD, OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND RULES AT ANYTIME.
🚫 Property Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation or amendment or changes must be made 2 days or 48 hours (UTC+8) prior to arrival date or one-night charge will be incurred from your initial deposit. Same policy applies for NO SHOW guest. For guest with bank/cash deposit and wish for a cancellation, re-booking is a must. Strictly No Refund.

If the Guest wishes to cancel same day, advance and/or bulk reservation after Spasify Marketplace received the Guest payment, the booking fee and other related charges is non-refundable. The booking fee, first night or price of the entire booking or stay may still be charged depending on the Merchant Partner policy that the Guest agreed to at the time of their reservation.
