Dear valued Guest/s, We are pleased to have you in our hotel and we certainly want your visit not just pleasurable but above all, safe and sound. Please find below some important reminders which are all designed to balance comfortability with security for each guest:
a. Smoking inside the Villa is strictly prohibited.
b. We are a full service resort. Outside Foods and Drinks are not allowed. We have our Asian Spices Restaurant that offers variety of dishes.
c. The swimming pool is exclusively for hotel guests only. Proper swimwear is a must when using the pool. Operation hours is 7AM to 10PM .
d. We have Lanai (Function Room) for small group activities and Silk & Grand Pavillion for bigger functions. Parties and similar occassions are not allowed inside the villa.
e. Maximum of two (2) adults are allowed in each villa. In-house guests are allowed until 9 in the evening only and must present a valid identification card at the Front Desk before entering the premises of the hotel. For additional pax/extra bed, an amount of Php1,500 is chargeable (with breakfast).
f. Pets are not allowed at the villa or at the restaurant.
g. Firearms and other forms of deadly weapons are strictly prohibited and must be surrendered to the Hotel Security.
h. As we deeply care for the environment and part of our energy conservation, please allow us to turn off all airconditioning units while you are away. Kindly coordinate with our Front Office your expected time of return.
i. An amount of $100 will be added to the bill for any hard to remove stains on linens, towels or furnitures as well as foul odor due to cigarettes and other chemicals. Damaged or missing items owned by the Hotel shall be charged accordingly.
j. Standard clearing period is 5-10 minutes to allow the housekeeping staff to thouroughly check any guest belongings left behind. The management expects that once guest leaves the hotel premises, all his luggages and personal items are complete and in order. Cancellation or amendment or changes must be made 3 days or 72 hours (UTC+8) prior to arrival date or one-night charge will be incurred from your initial deposit. Same policy applies for NO SHOW guest. For guest with bank/cash deposit and wish for a cancellation, re-booking is a must. Strictly No Refund.

If the Guest wishes to cancel same day, advance and/or bulk reservation after Spasify Marketplace received the Guest payment, the booking fee and other related charges is non-refundable.
