We wish to provide you the most comfortable stay from day one. As such, please allow us to orient you with the amenities and services you will enjoy while in Terrace Hotel. To ensure a most pleasant and memorable stay, please take note of the following hotel guidelines.

1. Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM while standard check-out is at 12:00 NN. Request for early check in and late check-out is subject to space availability and corresponding charges. If you wish to extend your stay and retain your room, kindly advise the Front office. Extension will be given depending on the availability.

2. Number of occupants inside the room must be strictly followed; otherwise, additional person shall be charged accordingly.

STUDIO DELUXE (20-25 SQM) - The room is strictly good for two (2) persons with only (1) queen bed only.

JUNIOR DELUXE (30-34 SQM)- The room is comfortably good for two (2) persons, with a strict maximum capacity of four (4) persons. 3RD AND 4TH person will be charged accordingly. Bed type of either (1) queen, (1) king or (2) double bed-subject to availability.

EXECUTIVE TERRACE (33-37 SQM)- The room is comfortably good for two (2) persons, with a strict maximum capacity of four (4) persons. 3RD AND 4TH person will be charged accordingly. Bed type of either (1) queen, (1) king or (2) double bed-subject to availability.

TERRACE SUITE (64 SQM)- The room is comfortably good for two (2) persons, with a strict maximum capacity of six (6) persons. 5TH AND 6TH person will be charged accordingly. Bed type of (1) king bed only. 

3. A security deposit of P1,000.00 will be requested by your guest services agent upon check-in.

4. Visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM only or corresponding charges will be automatically made for every excess person. Non-registered visitors are not allowed inside the guest’s room beyond this time frame. Beyond this time, excess persons inside the will be charged.

5. A replacement fee of P500.00 will be charged for lost key. Only two (2) keys will be issued for each room. Guest may leave their room key at the reception/front office.

6. A personal safety deposit box is located inside your closet. The hotel will not be liable for any loss of valuables left in your room.

7. For security reasons and guests’ convenience, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL ROOMS.

8. Applicable corkage fees shall be charged by the Front Desk should guest brings in food and beverage item inside the hotel (Including alcoholic drinks).

9. For security reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 years of age without adult supervision in the hotel room or other areas on the hotel premises.

10. Smoking is not allowed in the room for security reasons. Rooms are equipped with fire and smoke alarms for your safety.

11. PETS are not allowed inside the hotel.

12. Guests are obliged to pay for any loss or damage of hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.

13. Guest may not move furnishing, or interfere with electrical network or any other installation in the hotel rooms or on the premises of the hotel without the consent of the hotel management. If any malfunction is discovered during your stay please report this to the reception and we will repair this as soon as possible.

• Our WELLTZ BAR & RESTAURANT, located at the ground floor, is open daily from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails at night time. Breakfast is served at 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM only.

• On call massage. Price and other details available @ the FRONT DESK.

• Room Service from 7:00 AM to 12:00 MN. Last call at 11:30 PM

• Laundry Service list with corresponding rate is available @ the FRONT DESK Swimming Pool is open from 7:00 AM - 12:00 MN.

🚫 Property Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Cancellation received within 3 days prior arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy)

🚫 Spasify Marketplace Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the Guest wishes to cancel same day, advance and/or bulk reservation after Spasify Marketplace received the Guest payment, the booking fee and other related charges is non-refundable. The booking fee, first night or price of the entire booking or stay may still be charged depending on the Merchant Partner policy that the Guest agreed to at the time of their reservation.
